On January 10, 2024, Intershop Co., Ltd. held an event to summarize the 2023 business situation and reward the staff.
With the theme “Inspire Team Spirit”, this event is not only an opportunity for the entire Intershop team to look back on the past year with many challenges and achievements, but also to share goals and directions for the coming years.
The year 2023 witnessed many fluctuations and difficulties in the market, however, all employees of the company united to bring about specific business results. That is impressive double-digit growth; distribution system expanded across provinces and cities, strong and sustainable; standardizing the operating system and improving team capacity. To achieve such proud results, each member of the Intershop family has made tireless efforts, contributed many initiatives, and brought value to the collective. On this occasion, Mr. Nguyen Quang Huy – CEO of the enterprise – optimistically shared about the development orientation in the coming years.
If 2022 is “Pioneer Spirit”, then 2023 is the year to promote team spirit because to go fast, go alone, to go far, go together. During this period, the company also recorded diverse development in terms of personnel, witnessing the harmonious coordination between three generations: Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z.
