On June 7, 2023, Intershop Co., Ltd. successfully organized a team building activity with the theme Summer Sports Day – Summer Sports Festival in the beautiful coastal city of Nha Trang. This is the time for Intershop staff to meet again, review the activities in the first 6 months of the year, and go through challenges together to build team spirit.
Intershop’s 2023 Team Building Journey takes place over 3 days with many physical training activities, connecting members of the Company, as well as conveying the Company’s core values to the staff. In particular, this year’s Team Building also has the participation of a special guest, Mr. Carel Crous – Director of Global Brand Development of Henry Blooms, one of Intershop’s important partners.
On the first afternoon, Intershop members were divided into 4 groups to participate in an extremely exciting cooking competition. The group members selected dishes together, bought ingredients and created dishes that stimulated both sight and taste.
In the evening, Intershop members stood in a circle to perform the campfire ritual. By the bright red fire, the Intershop family had quiet moments, sharing emotional stories about Intershop culture, people as well as past memories. Each confession was a word of gratitude that everyone sent to Intershop.
On the second day of the Teambuilding activities. All employees of Intershop company participated in the Summer Sports Day sports activities including football, volleyball, relay walking and the Green Light Red Light game modeled after the series of films The Squid Game. This series of activities helps company members to practice physical strength, strengthen team spirit and have a day of entertainment after working days.
Through the series of Team building activities, the Intershop family had a memorable time together, enhancing sharing and connection, and strengthening team spirit. Intershop’s leadership always tries to create the best environment for employees, so that each individual will be an ambassador of Intershop, bringing the best values to partners and customers.
